Have you ever made a simple casual outfit but when you put it on it takes you back?
When I made this Lily romper, that’s exactly what happened. With these vibrant stripes and the black background fabric. Top it off with a chunky belt and heels and boom!
I felt like I was about to go out for a night on the town. Not that I went out a lot but when I did it was so much fun.
To make this fabulous new romper, I had to size it down. The pattern calls for woven fabric. To get the fit I wanted I sized it down two sizes. Also being that I used a knit fabric the assembly was much faster since I didn’t have to finish the seams. I also added pockets. Which of course is always nice.
The fabric that I used is a double brushed polyester. I love the vibrant stripes against the dark background. It really makes this outfit pop.
Be sure to check out the pattern. This awesome fabric is from the Fab Clique fabric Shoppe. Check out the fab fabric and other new arrivals on their site. Much love and many blessings.
